Hi Peter,

This is the 2nd month receiving your home maintenance emails. They are very informative and great reminders. I think I am going to print out the info and refer to it a few months ahead for next year. Peter, I am so impressed with your thoroughness and work ethic. I've contracted with other home inspectors before, but have never received such a comprehensive report as yours. It's wonderful that while you point out issues, make suggestions, and offer rough cost estimates for repairs, you also provide a quick-and-dirty education for each component by both written and verbal means. I also appreciate your recommendations for contractors with the added bonus of sharing their business cards and info right there on site.
